Tottenham’s Micky van de Ven has expressed admiration for his Netherlands international teammate, Virgil van Dijk, ahead of their upcoming clash against Liverpool in the Premier League.
Both Tottenham and Liverpool are among the four remaining unbeaten teams in the competition, with Manchester City and Arsenal being the other two.

Despite the departure of Harry Kane to Bayern Munich, the team has maintained a positive trajectory, with players like Son Heung-min and James Maddison performing impressively.
Defensive improvements have also been evident, with the partnership of Cristian Romero and Van de Ven at the back, as well as full-backs Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie adapting well to Postecoglou’s system.
Van de Ven reflected on the shift in perception about Tottenham, acknowledging the previous negativity surrounding the club, particularly amid speculation about Kane’s departure.
