Reported by the Independent, Klopp is reportedly considering renewing his interest in Wilfred Ndidi. The Nigerian midfielder, who has accumulated 243 appearances for Leicester City since his arrival from Genk in 2016, has showcased strong form at the beginning of the Championship season after Leicester’s relegation from the Premier League.

Reports suggest that Leicester City is willing to engage in transfer negotiations in the final three days of the window, with Wilfred Ndidi potentially available at a different valuation compared to Cheick Doucoure.

Back in 2018, Jurgen Klopp had expressed interest in the 26-year-old midfielder, seeking to reinvest the funds obtained from the sale of Philippe Coutinho. Despite Ndidi’s noteworthy performances, a concrete offer never materialized.
